Studio Assistant & Book Keeper

We are looking a part time book keeper and office administrator to keep our team in order and working closely with the project manager and director you will have the opportunity to not only shape the company but to expand your current skill sets.
You will be responsible for:
- Handle inbound calls and client relationships.
- Review and process incoming and outgoing invoices and keep the book keeping up to date.
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests and clients.
You will ideally possess the following:

- Experience of common accounting and book keeping software.
- Experience in a similar role within the last 2 years is essential.
